Non-Dairy Beverage Plant
A client with generational ties to the beverage industry specializing in processing, co-packing and distribution assembled a design-build team to transform a three acre industrial site into a non-dairy beverage ‘base batch’ manufacturing facility.
This fast-track project team was comprised of local and international disciplines. Early integration of process engineering, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and general contracting enabled the plant to come online to support the US market demands.
Bosco Architects provided design/build project services from design through construction administration.
Industrial + Manufacturing
27,000 ft2 (2,508 m2)
The tenant’s work culture is supported through open, multi-purpose, flexible workspaces.
Research and Development Lab
A dedicated collaborative workspace that enables innovation and product development.
Clean Check Points
Secure and programmed entry and exit points redefined and developed the tenant's global quality control standards for manufacturing spaces.
The plant's equipment layout and utilities were designed to accommodate scaling with a goal to minimize manufacturing interruptions.
Investors, stakeholders and project team members were able to virtual tour the project site throughout design and construction; supporting development projections and informed decision making.
